Lembro-me perfeitamente deste tema. O ano era 1980, e eu era acabado de nascer. Esta banda, criada em 1972, ainda está activa! Todos carecas e desdentados. W00t. Mas continuam a usar estes chapéuzinhos em concerto. Perdão, eu chamei-lhes "chapéuzinhos"? O nome correcto é Energy Domes.
Referências da letra? Não sei. Mas whip it pode ser, tanto quanto sei, chicotear o golfinho. O vídeo, esse, baseia-se numa história que a banda ouviu de um fulano que abriu um rancho para visitantes e cuja atracção nocturna era o dito cujo arrancar as roupas à sua senhora com um chicote perante os hóspedes. Funny, funny stuff.
